My brother's like this, and... it's so severe now that even familial ties can't make me love him as a sibling. He's done so many things because we let him get away with it and we pick up the pieces afterwards. You have to address the situation with you parents, or I fear your brother might end up in the same way. If ever the author of this secret reads this, I'd be more than happy to chat with you and work this out together.
