oh god i know how that feels. the best advice i can give is for you to try and find someone who understands, or will be understanding. But this may take some trial and error... and i know how scary telling people about this kind of thing can be. But at least.. i believe you and that's a start. If you can find someone to share this with then maybe it will be ok
