Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Do you know how to send in a secret?

It has become very clear that a lot of you have not read the clubs rules on sending in a secret. [link]

We started off with over 800 emails, we are now down to 682 emails.  Out of the 118+ emails we have been though, ALL of them have not been accepted.
Not because we did not want to accept them. But mainly because of the following reasons.
-No secret added ( secret is written out in the email, but not on a photo or a drawing, MUST be an image not just txt )
- Not giving Cite for the image used
- Image is not sent in as a .jpg file
- Sending in more then one secret ( please wait for your first secret to be submitted before sending in another)
- Too long ( only a few of you have done this, not too bad, thank you )

There have been a few other secrets declined for different reasons, but the main reason is the 1st three.


Lots of secrets

We do have a LOT of secrets at the moment, by not following the rules you are slowing down the process of getting secrets submitted.
A lot of you have been waiting ( close to a month ) for your secret to be submitted. Those of you not following the rules please, please, please, follow the clubs rules so those who have been waiting a while can have their secrets submitted.
its not very fair on those who have followed them having to wait due to it taking so long to filter though emails that are only taking up our time which could be better spent on getting those secrets out.


Waiting for your secret to be added?

As explained above, a lot of people have not been following the clubs simple rules, this has slowed us down a lot :(  We are very sorry to those of you who have been waiting.  
Thank you to those of you who have been understanding :heart:

If you have sent in a secret, ( last month not this month) and it is yet to be added, dont worry, we are getting there. Hopefully it wont be too much longer.
If your secret was sent in a while ago, and it has not been added yet. Please do the following.

- Go into your SPAM/JUNK MAIL folder. ( We may have replied to you and it has moved to that folder )
- Make sure you have the DAS email address added to your list of friends. ( This should stop any emails going to that folder )
- If you do not have an email from us, has it been over 2 weeks since you sent your secret in?
- If it has been over two weeks, send us an email ( WITH-OUT your secret in it ) just asking us about your secret.

It is very important you do not add your secret in this email. If you do, we will think its another secret waiting to be added, and will not get to it soon enough, meaning in the mean time, your secret may very well be submitted, then because we see 100's of secrets every day, it may end up getting submitted again. This is not cool :(  

if you email us, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

So....if a secret was submitted, and no rejection email was received, I'm guessing it's in the system and just waiting to be uploaded.



And while I understand why secrets have been turned off, it does make me a little sad that I can't offer any advice or support any more....

This is a great idea and I'm really glad you are willing to put up with all the incorrect emails and and people getting mad because they aren't seeing their secret right away. Please keep pushing forward because this is an amazing idea

As for my previous comment, I DO want to state that I AM grateful DAS exists... I know it can seem overwhelming at times, but I think it's a great idea. And no matter what anyone says, it's a great thing to have. Whether you send in secrets, or just come to read them and show support. ;P Over all you guys have done a great job with it. And it can be very frustrating when people don't read the rules.

The only one that confuses me is the length. It seems some get accepted and some do not. As for the rest, people /should/ just be reading the rules >.>
