The best completment I have ever gotten came from my best friend, and the love of my life. He looked at me in the eyes and he said " When I'm sad the one image that pops into my head is you, the way you looked the moment I knew that I loved you and that you were the one person I wanted to spend my life with. That day at the mall with your sister. She would tell you to stop kissing so much, and you would giggle and smile at me. Your eyes were smiling at my heart and I knew that I was the only person you saw in that whole mall, and you would smile, and kiss me. I loved you since I met you at the lake when we were in kindergarden, I just didn't know how much I loved you. You've always been the wind beneath my wings, and my angel with no wings. I love you, the love of my life." Love isn't something you can be scared of. You just have to run into true love blindfolded and trust that person not to hurt you.
It's the only way to live. To really live. Don't be afraid. Don't be one of the jaded.
