You are beautiful and you are strong.
You are better than you think.
You don't need those diet pills, you don't need to purge, you don't need to restrict, or anything like that.
You, you, that's YOU yourself, you are BEAUTIFUL no matter what ANYONE says.
You don't need to do these things. It doesn't matter what you think you need to do - that's a lie. That is what you want to do. You don't need to. You are in control. Right now, what you want.. it's clouding that control. You are LETTING something else control you. You are letting something horrible control you - that thing is making you do those things. But that's no excuse, because it does not have more power over you, you're just letting it. But you don't have to. You can stop. Now.
The fact that you've told us today means that you know there's something wrong with it.
There's something wrong with restricting and purging and taking the pills.
So you don't want to stop. So somewhere in you you KNOW it's still wrong. So forget what you want. Don't think about it. Don't think at all. Just act.
You can act, now.
No matter what you say you'll do, no matter how many times you say you'll stop, or whatever, it won't make it happen.
What makes it happen is to act.
You have to act.
You have to stop.
It's a choice, happy and healthy and beautiful, or sick and unhealthy and death.
No one wants to see the latter happen.
Forget what you want and just do what's best for you.
Recovery is possible.
But you have to do it now. Not tomorrow, not the day after, not next year, not after you've lost a few pounds and a few inches,
you have to just do it NOW.
And if I can't convince, just watch this.
I just really wish I could help everyone, y'know..
I'll do anything to make them better,
but in the end, they have to do it themselves, so I guess I'll have to stick to trying to show them what they need to see...
And I am sure your help is really appreciated. ^^
