You're not alone, ST. I had 7 relatives and 3 friends die in 2 years when I was 14 and 15. What terrifies me is that I've gotten to the point where I don't even feel anything about deaths. If you feel sorrow and stress then there is much hope for you, you can still feel, and you have the dread in your heart to prevent it. I have 3 friends right off the bat that are dying, and I feel nothing over it. People say that having no emotions makes you strong, but they're wrong, ST, people like you that can actually feel will be able to survive with a new strength that will fuel their lives forever.

Poor baby (not being sarcastic at all), I know exactly how you feel.

I felt invincible until high school...every year someone important to me died.

Ouch :={ I feel you, though i never faced such a rapid chain.

And people telling you about a silver lining are usually desperately trying to feel better about themselves by dismissing or downplaying your problems.

I think this has been a bad year for everyone. I almost failed all my classes this last term and I didn't have it as rough as you, I can't imagine how worse it can get. (3 grandparents in 8 months here, as well as my boyfriend's dog who was very much a member of the family)
