Yeah when talking to people I know they use their prespective of experience to relate to me, so I can't relate, hell its a double standard, but you probably don't believe me when I say this even though I proof on aim convos.

I've felt just that way, ST. Wondered how anyone could put up with me, much less love me. But love me they did. We are our own worst critics, even when we think we're seeing ourselves clearly. I learned that and hopefully you will too.

Some here are saying they care. I'd like to add myself to that list. It may seem like a hollow comfort, people who you don't know and who don't know you saying they care. But we do. And someday, if you need it, you may see a police cruiser coming down your driveway asking if you're all right--and saying one of our names as the person who called them.

I used to be a lot like this all the time too. It was also things like "They'll only care until someone better comes along", but yeah; I feel for you, ST.

But all I want to say is that I also believe it to be the people I surrounded myself with at the time that caused it. I'm in a new group of friends now, and they are wonderful and I know they love me.

Hopefully you'll find people like that too, ST, because they are out there and they really help.

And of course, I'm here for you if you wanna talk, whoever you are. Hang in there, ST

Try to believe people when they say they care, because they do. When they say that, it's not just a hollow phrase like "I'm sorry" can be.
