i know that feeling. but you have every right to be sad, and let anyone know. if they are upset, they are NOT worth it. remember this, please. you are following a dangerous path which may lead to depression or even self-harm. please, talk to someone. this will only hurt you.

i used to be EXACTLY the same way,
but then it developed into much more severe of a problem.
i don't mean to scare you, but please be very, VERY careful.
there are ways to show them you've been hurt and are hurt than totally unloading on them. if they turn to you for help, tell them how you relate.
that's a good way to begin making yourself comfortable.
slowly, just take more and more steps to respectfully be honest about both sides of you.
it WILL pay off.
