You're twin is not dead, she is a part of you.

Maybe it's chimerism. It sounds like chimerism... It's when two sets of DNA exist in one body, and I think it can cause all sorts of seemingly psychological symptoms.
I think you should see a doctor and get that tested out first, before you consider schizo or something else. I don't think you're crazy. Good luck!

I've experienced something like that myself...
If you ever want to talk, about anything, everything, and/or nothing, I'm here for you in every way.

You could have some sort of disorder caused by the traumatic experience of your twin's death. But... I have heard some strange stories, so what do I know?

But, whether your twin is really inside you or not, you must understand that your mind is your own. I know it's hard, but you must talk to someone about this; it might not be so bad if the whole thing didn't seem so vivid and... even violent. Your "twin" (and I put it in quotation marks because, frankly, I don't really know what's going on here) doesn't seem like a good influence. The sooner you get them out of your head, the better. And trust me, you can. If you're Christian, or if you're interested, start praying and learning. God can do anything, including help you with your problem. I may not know for sure what the deal is, but He does, I assure you. He can- and if you ask, He will- help. Like for many others, His help probably won't come when/how you want/expect it. But it'll happen exactly as you need it. I guarantee it 100%.

How exactly is this person's twin's death traumatic besides the idea? It happened in the womb; this person doesn't remember what it looked or felt like in any way. They probably only know because their parents told them.

And I think it might be offensive to some people by putting "twin" in quotation marks and preaching about God.
I know it offended me, and I'm a Catholic, and I don't even know what this person could be going through. Prayer isn't the remedy for everyone or everything. Sometimes talking to somebody, or even submitting a secret like this, can help loads more and faster than waiting for a prayer to be answered.

Because I used to pray all the time that my suffering would end.
And it never did, so I gave up on prayer.

I don't know what this person is going through either; I don't know if they have some sort of, as I said, disease, or if something is actually going on. The reason I put "twin" wasn't to offend or to suggest that it's not important (or however you took it); it was to simply say that I don't know. I've heard some pretty strange stories sometimes, ones that really don't have an explanation. So it's possible that something could seriously be happening here; or they could just have an issue that they need to tell someone (other than us) about.

Besides, prayer doesn't solve your problems. It's not for that. We pray that our suffering will end, but it won't until we're in heaven. The Earth isn't our home, remember that. Even Jesus said, "In this world you will have trouble, but fear not; I have overcome the world." Sometimes beautiful things can come from even the worst of situations; since you're Christian I'll assume you've read the Bible. Many biblical characters, no matter how good they were, went through immense amounts of suffering. Heck, all but one of the apostles were martyred! But, in the course of suffering they also found revelations and joy.

Besides, giving up on prayer... Well, you shouldn't. It does help us get by, even in hard times. The Bible says not to worry about anything, but instead, pray about everything. I don't know what your situation is, but prayer can help everyone.

And if you haven't read all that much of the Bible, or if you have never tried to look beyond the ink on paper... that's the important part.

But again, I don't know you.

Maybe you've formed a bit of schizophrenia?
Not to be rude or anything. And maybe you can actually hear her. But maybe you should seek a bit of help in case you form some kind of complex.

Is it possible to communicate with her?
