This makes sense because it's having to have something is like risking another's happiness, a chain reaction. For a person to have Joy, another has to feel Sadness, but there are few people that are able to comfort them and lend some of their Happiness.

I feel your pain. :(

I don't know if its right but i like to see others smilin but me take the last possition or something like that whats gone wrong .. there is nothing to loose to me i guess .... But yeah, when you lost first time you dont know who lost thousand times. If you lose once then you get weaker becouse of negativity and it really hurts and you can't even start a new beginning ... i know that feeling so only thing is just live in this painful life...

Your not a loser, your just a really negative thinker! ( e u e )
But I feel your pain. I think the same way sometimes. (^ _ ^)
IstTyrr Featured By Owner Mar 12, 2013
Well, stop waiting around for something to happen and find a way to make it happen. Sometimes even our best effort, intentions or a pure heart, especially through difficult situations, doesn't deliver. Identify when it's worthwhile to fight on and when to cut loose.

The only reason you need to drive you on, should be you and your wishes. Relying on anything or anyone else to fulfill you isn't fair for them either. It'll always come out short.

I think of the word 'Loser' differently than most.

Losers are winners and Winners are losers. If anyone understands what I'm trying to say xD.

Don't wait. Do something for things to get better.

'You may be a loser in your own mind, but to others you're a winner.'
My friends have told me something similar almost all the time because of the fact I try to not let every bump in the road ruin me again. I find new reasons, and sometimes go back to old ones.

I don't exactly know if I should call you considerate or a pushover.
NeonColoredRain Featured By Owner Mar 11, 2013  Hobbyist Digital Artist
As long as you think negatively, you will always be a loser. The more you think you don't deserve things, the more you will believe it and suffer.
razzigyrl Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2013  Professional Artisan Crafter

I'm not sure I can add much more than that. Just .

You're right. Things don't get better. Not on their own; you have to make them better. Sometimes it's a long, difficult road to get to that point, but it is possible. Find something that makes you happy, it doesn't matter what it is (as long you're not hurting someone), but find that and do it. Reading, writing, drawing--if it makes you happy--do it.
The bad news is you may have to continue to try something new every day. The good news is, you GET to try something new. Don't give up if you don't find it right away; happiness is worth the effort. But you won't be happy all the time; you will have down time and that's NORMAL.

One of the things that stands in the way is living for someone else, for acceptance. You have to live for yourself; be you, not what anyone else thinks of you or expects you to be. (Again, make sure no one else suffers for your choices, eg. family or friends.)

"You can't please all the people all of the time." Sometimes just pleasing one person is a miracle. :) Another big hurdle is accepting that the entire world will not like you. Someone will find something about you not to like and that's OK, so say, "All right, I'm flawed, big deal?" If it's something you can and want to fix, by all means, do it, but you're human and that's OK.

The last big obstacle (that comes right to mind) is eliminating negative influence. If there is someone in your life who puts you down and makes you feel worthless, whether it's subtle or blatant, stand up for yourself or cut them loose. Life is too short to be around people who make you feel like garbage, no matter how much you love them or what they do for you. But just the act of standing up to them can help make you feel better. Pride isn't a total sin; everything in moderation.

ST. I've felt the way you feel for so many years, and I've done a lot of things I'm not proud of, things that should have killed or crippled me, but I survived and I finally figured these things out and put them to work for me. These things do work if you use them with an honest evaluation of yourself and those around you. Short run, they might hurt, but in the long run, they pay off big time.

Two good books to read that might help:

Life 101
Who Moved My Cheese?

But don't stop at those, look up inspirational videos on YouTube, search Google for inspirational quotes and motivation, but until you get up to where you can handle it, don't stop trying. We all want to be stronger but when we come up the challenges that would make us stronger, too many walk away. Don't walk away, ST. You CAN get better. And if you want to talk more about it, my inbox is open. I'm a pretty open-minded guy, too, so don't be scared.

Hang in there.

Another easy way to make things better is by changing your routine. If you do the same things over and over and over, they stagnate. Ever heard the saying, "Variety is the spice of life?" Every six weeks or so, if you have a routine, change it. It sounds too easy to be true, but I promise you it makes a world of difference.

aww i know its hard but you are not the loser! and if you feel that way, trust me, so many others do too. your not alone
katryder Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2013  Hobbyist General Artist
Happiness, just like sadness, are emotions. They are not places. They are not something to "achieve" and then be there forever. You can have happiness. You can seize your life and make it mean something to you. You can be a "Winner" too. Living means accepting that no matter how bad things might be, you want to be there for when they do get better. It doesn't mean you should accept that this is all you'll ever have, or ever be.

Things don't just get better. You have to work, to make them better. (Sometimes me feeling better feels like a full-time job.)
Junip16 Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2013
Life is not a zero sum game. You don't win or lose at life. Find what makes you tick, even if it's not what others think is right. Find your light and follow it to your happiness. Try to thrive and not just survive. That's how it gets better. You have to put in some work, but it really does get better.
CoyoteDove Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2013  Hobbyist General Artist
Hun, trust me, things actually do get better in the end. If they aren't better yet, then it isn't the end, and if it isn't the end, then maybe the problem is that YOU wont move toward the end were things are better.

I think Deus-Nocte is right. :3 I don't have nothing to add, or just : trust in you. Really, it's important.
Deus-Nocte Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2013  Professional Digital Artist
Things get better because to make them better, not because it's the natural run of the world.

Waiting around will never solve anything. Take control of your own life; In the end, only YOU can make yourself happy, only YOU can move past the things that hurt you.

Yes, when there's a winner there's a loser, but that doesn't have to blanket your life. We are made up of so many wins and losses. You're not a loser, nor should you allow yourself to be.
