Aww, don't worry. I complain and joke about twilight a lot but to be honest I have read them and I used to be a bit of a fan. Twilight isn't as bad as it's made out to be (although I agree with you about the fandom :) )

I'm not a closet fan and I'm with you there, fans can ruin their own fandoms and do on a regular basis >.<

In my opinion, the books are always better than the movies and Twilight is no exception. I was the first person at my school to read the books and then my whole grade a couple under went crazy over them.
Then the movies came out and the books we're tossed away. I still have mine, beat up from being read and borrowed.
oh what a world we live in...

Same here, but it's no big deal for me, my friends accept it, and otherwise I don't care :P

AMEN. love the books, hate the fandom and the movies

Eh, I'll admit that when I read them, even though I thought they were silly, I still sort of enjoyed them in a guilty pleasure sort of way. Then the annoying fanbase appeared and they made those terrible films, and I grew to hate it.

I was the exact same way. Except I WAS the fanatical fangirl. Problem was, this was before it became REALLY popular. The fanbase ruined it for me.
