I used to be alone, and I felt alone. Then I started being nice at people who was nice with me, and I didnt't felt like that anymore. But later they became mean, suddenly everyone around me was mean, and I returned to loneliness. I was literally "alone in a crowded room."

It's strange when I think of it, because I should be happy, and you should too, for the people around us. Guess I prefer being on my own after trying to relate with people, because they just weren't good enough.

Maybe you should try to find out why you feel like that. It could be a problem of yours or a of the people you use to be with. You can always try making new friends, searching for people who understands you and make you feel better.

I know that feeling. I've been unpopular all my life, and then all of a sudden, I wasn't anymore. And now everytime someone sincerely smiles at me, I fake a smile, too. They mean it, but I kind of have become cold inside..

I also feel drawn to people who are cold, too, and then burn myself. Well.

how can i say enough you're the righest person of the world. inside pain's so horrible. whe i am with others i feel like i am not part of the group, and when I'm alone I am opressed with the feeling of loneliness. it's a viscious circle i hate and I'm forced to live with. it seems to me that a lot of persons feel the same way. and it seems to me that all of those persons got scars from their past.

At first i didn't have problem with being lonely...but after spending more time with my best friend who (unfortunately) lives on other side of town i feel like i shouldn't be in this world at all, that i belong to some other wold...and all "friends" i have aren't my real friends(person from my class who said we are BFFs started talking bad, false stuff about me behind my back)...but i try not to pay too much attention to that cause if i'd do problem would only be worse

I'm always like lonely by a lot of people.. Kinda like I don't belong for some reason I can't explain cuz I don't know why. But when I'm alone, I feel perfectly fine, I like it better .. I guess some people don't understand ppl like me ..

It is interesting how some people feel the most lonely when surrounded by people, but when they're all by themselves, they don't feel lonely at all. I'm the same way.
