Friends help. But sometimes you just don't want anyone to know, because you don't want the pity or the worry..I've had that too. I carry everyone's secrets and my own, and it makes me feel as if I'm going to break. But I can't voice the reason I feel this way, because they'd worry. So I know where you're coming from.
I hope you can get through to her, though.
Just do yourself a huge favor and avoid getting into habbits to try to solve it.
it makes everything too difficult.
if you can't fight it off on your own, or through therapy, then try asking for meds.
i just started them a few weeks ago and it's helped me a LOT since then
