all the dreams i remember are so strange (giant spiders, talking to monkeys in a magical but evil sky world, sitting in a bathtub and falling through the floor, etc.). come to think of it, there is only one good dream that i had, and reading your secret convinced me to follow it :heart:. but because i dont dream very often and usually dont remember them, i constantly daydream instead. that way i can make whatever i want happen, and create my own little dreams to follow. I hope you find (or already found!) a goal to strive towards, and i thank you for helping me realize mine. Sweet dreams! :heart:

I've had that happen to me a few moths ago. Don't worry too much ST, it will come back. You don't need to have a dream right now, you just need to focus on you and what's around you. At some point, something is going to happen and make you dream again.
Everyone dreams when the time is right.

I do not intend to be mean, and i mean this in the most polite way.

But, you saying that kind of degrades the person who made this. I mean it's kind of like telling someone dying of cancer that they'll get better, because you got cured of the common cold.

It turns out all fine if they were in the situation you were in (going back to this, not the example) but if it is worse, you are bringing his/her condition, or situation, down to yours.

So, in this case, if they 'get them back' then it's fine. And most likely they will, because that's how the world works. But one the off chance that they don't it's almost insulting.

Does that make sense? sorry if i offended ^^;

Well I'm sorry if you interpret this message in this way, but that's not at all what I meant. I feel like it's a scary and sad situation that the ST is in, but they will get better. I was stating my situation as an example to tell them it's possible to get there, to have your dreams back.
I didn't mean to tell them it's just a little cold as you said and it's going to pass in a week. I was making a point using the only example I could think of.

I understand, and i see your point your way of phrasing it could just be interpreted like that. Sharing your situation is one thing, but you took it and used it as an excuse to say that it WILL be better. So even though your intent was simply to reassure, it could be interpreted as a demeaning compliment. Maybe you just used bad word choice, and added a few things you didn't see how they could be seen, but either way, it is important to see those things, and even if the ST (i assume that means the person who submitted it, because i have no idea) isn't offended, he/she could be, and I think that is enough to take notice of, but maybe that's just me.

Someday you'll find something to dream about, and when you do, that dream will be so big, it will light up the world. :heart:

I'm sure one day you will find a dream to follow. I used to be in the same boat as you but then I found something to dream about, so don't give up hope ST and I hope that you find something to dream about -hugs- :) Maybe if you leave it be and not try to find a dream one might just fall into your lap or life.
