I hate those people who say that at 13 you're not able to fall in love or hate or something.. that would almost mean children younger than 13 are emotionless zombie's or something?

I think it just totally depends on the person, some children are very mature for there age and yes, others might not.

People who say that this secret teller can't feel love or hate only because of her AGE, are not really acting mature themselfs.

You know, I fell in love with someone when I was thirteen. It was pretty complicated. But you know what? You shouldn't have to worry about relationships at your age--you're just getting into the age where it starts to sound appealing. Love doesn't need to be found this early on.

Especially since this guy is your WORST ENEMY--what did he do that was so bad?

However. If you really love this guy and whatever he did to you is able to be forgiven, just ask him out. What's the worst that can happen? He combs his fingers through your hair, he touches your face--he seems to really like you. If he says no, don't freak out, just know that more things will happen to you in your long life ahead, and all you can do is try your damndest.

Also, I agree with some people on here. Your age is irrelevant. That's downright silly, implying that people must be emotionally inept or something before a certain age.
