I can't judge but I indefinitely will and assume well: I dunno if it will work out. Seems like the type to want an open relationship until they feel comfortable with being monogamous. If they're your friend they should respect what you want, but I don't know if he's mature enough to deserve you just yet. He seems to be enjoying the fruits of youth and being attractive so he'll take advantage of it until he finds the woman he really wants who's possibly under his nose the entire time.
