If I recall right, it's something a trans (ftm) person uses to give the illusion of bulk in the pants to make them look more 'male'.

Well, the do-it bit is easy. There are strap-on toys out there that are flexible enough to be worn under clothing with little to no discomfort, yet hard enough to use for penetration. The telling her, however, will be less easy, particularly if you aren't have sexual relations yet. I can't figure out if you have or not from this post. However, either way, you should feel comfortable enough with her to bring it up, perhaps even in a casual manner. Maybe bring up surgery if you're thinking about having it done in the future. Compare toys to the real thing. Or in one of those intimate heated moments, just whisper hotly in her ear, "I want to really fuck you." You'd be surprised at the results THAT one tends to have ^^
