Dude, seriously, do NOT lead him on just because he seems eager. It is YOUR life, be with someone who makes YOU happy. It's not worth it bending over backwards because someone has some feelings for you and you don't want to hurt him.

Also, I HATE when people touch my belly button, and they get punched if they do. It's your body, stop him. The only one who can fix this is you.

Try saying "no" before you friend-zone him. It's not fair to not give anyone any warning when they're doing something you don't like.

If you don't say you hate it, how will they ever know? Say "I don't like that, it makes me uncomfortable."
If he doesn't stop, that's enough reason to believe he doesn't respect you well enough to even bother, so you shouldn't have him in friend zone, let alone in the bedroom.

Take it from me, while women may be better, it's a lot harder to find one willing to date you. Most chicks are straight, so you automatically get friendzoned, and you can't even tell how they feel about you. Plus, you wouldn't want to date a guy who is just pretending to be straight. It's using people, and painful for everyone.
