Sometimes I find it useful to write things done, where did these nightmares come from, why do they make you scared, and how can you overcome them?

Try and remember that dreams are just dreams
My friend went through something similar and she said once you realize they are just dreams they arent so scary anymore!

Two words, ST: Valeriana officinalis.
Look for something with valerian root in the pharmacy. It's -usually, depends on the medicine, really- 100% natural and it provides you with a dreamless sleep. It got rid of mine for a while, so I hope it can help =)

I've got the same problem. ST, you should try to lucid dream. Ever since I started realizing in my dreams that it was just a dream things got much better. Good luck! :hug:

While my nightmares have never caused me to wake up screaming, I do understand how it feels to be plagued with unpleasant dreams constantly, my heart goes out to you.
