You never really leave your childhood behind, anyway. It's always there.
I remember a quote by C.S. Lewis.

"When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."

sometimes you can take a day out to relive your childhood :] absolutely.
I'm afraid to grow up.
Is that wrong?
I know. I'm terrified for some reason. I'm scared about a lot of things. Like failing.

Being an adult will be so boring for me, if people are going to want/make me be mature. Go back and grab your childhood. Who knows, it may just be one of the best decisions you'll make~
Oh, and you'll have much, MUCH more fun being an adult with an inner child. Think of all the things you've wanted to do as a child, but couldn't because you were too young. :3
It's worse when you are being forced to abandon your childhood. I try so hard to keep a little part of me a child, a little part of me happy. Everyone around me wants me to grow up completely. I think if I am grown up enough to be an adult, yet still have a foot in childhood, that it's fine. Other people don't understand. Why can't they just let us be happy even if it means we are a little less immature and a little less adult. I say you should turn around and get that little piece of childhood you left, take it by the hand, and never ever let go.

 I know how you feel, ST.
Growing up and being adult sounds so boring. I still have my inner-child, and I think I always will.
