Ok. First, you do need to start getting yourself healthy. Second, you need to find more people that are into BDSM. There are lots. I'm one. In fact, there are huge online communities. You could even try typing in BDSM or some variation of that and where you live into google, and I'll be you'll find something.
And...
PS - Lots of BDSMers like their girls big. There's a wider range of tastes in that subculture than there are for mainstream people. I know that someone will want you exactly the way you are.
