that's what I used to think because I can't draw humans to save my life--then I took an intermediate drawing class in college (after having had to drop out of a figure drawing class) and learned a whole lot about how to use things like perspective...I also learned that I had to find my style of drawing (fantasy, surrealistic). Have you tried any drawing classes? or found your drawing style? I'm sure you're talented at some kind of drawing :) I still can't really draw humans (only if they have no face hehe), but I can draw tattoo designs and love drawing skulls :)

At some point, That's what we all feel.

When I just started drawing my art was, terrible ! But now it's become quite good I must admit.

All it took was time, patios, and a lot of bad pictures ;P

And remember. Every picture sucks in comparison to your next

I know the feeling. Don't worry, if you keep going, you'll get there ^^ I draw every day, and every now and then I look back at my old work, and I see a difference. And if you draw every day, or not even that, if you just look back at your old work, you'll see it too. And you'll feel happier for it ^^

Whenever I draw anything I look at it and compare it to others.. I know its rude.. I keep on trying to draw better so that one day I'll be able to draw like them.
I know how it feels to have everyone drawing better than you can.

Top tip; You'll never be happy with your work. That's what makes a decent artist. Use it as your drive to better yourself. You're not going to be DaVinci or Miyazaki overnight. Practice, practice, practice!! Lessons help too. I was terrible before I went to art college. Now, I've started to refine my style and just keep trying new things.

You know, I heard an awesome little Sentence and I'd like to share it with you: "Artists can never stop improving, they only stop trying." I know, its hard too follow, but you can do it :) Explore! Explore other styles, try them out, even when its depressing- you only need to try! Even if it takes longer, youre getting an reward out of this :)

everyone feel the same, even the greatest artists, there will always be somebody better than you, but that don't have to pull you down, on the contrary  use what you see in the art what you love, always keep practicing and you'll see how you improve!

Never compare yourself to someone else. Only to yourself. YOU are your greatest opponent, your greatest challenger. Because only you can stop yourself from doing what you love.

Don't stop. Just keep at it. You'll get better, I promise. =)

This has happened to me twice: I've stopped drawing seriously for a long time, and when I start up again, there's a dramatic change for the better. I still have a LOT of work to do, and my gallery is nothing like what I draw now. But keep it up.

XD Ah don worry. If you want to feel better just look at my Deviantart Acount. You'll feel better ^^ And don't worry I'm more of a musician than an artist ^^ So I've accepted my bad drawings. Though I still love to make 'em ;)

I recently read about how drawing is not about having the ability or a special talent to draw, it is truly simply the desire to draw, patience and motivation that will make you improve.
I know that sometimes we all feel like we should just stop trying and if as if everything we draw looks like strange potatoes, but as I've experienced that is mostly the phase right before highly improving all of a sudden.
So you go!

I can't even draw anything else but a stick person or a simple heart. But I can paint on walls just fine,I can take pictures and I can write and I used to dance okay. I am happy with what I can do. I just hope you find the things you can do wonderfully too. We all have our own talents.

It's okay, I feel this way sometimes, too. I usually keep drawing anyway, because if you quit, you won't learn how to be your own kind of better. So I hope you don't give up drawing entirely, because that'd be sad. :( I hope you keep practicing, and I wish you luck.

I know it's hard to see how far others are. But go on trying. If there's something you can't or don't understand it's maybe still to high - then try something that's easier. Make small steps. Try out what you like and not what is questioned. Everyone was once a beginner!

I know for a fact this isn't true. :/ Besides so what? If you can't draw as well as someone then practise so you can be better. If no one drew just because someone was better drawing would have stopped a cave paintings because no one would try. Just... It isn't something that will get BETTER overnight and it isn't something worth getting upset over because you aren't good YET

See what word? YET?

Just keep going. You will gain nothing if you stop.
